Exchange & Return policy
- Exchange requests accepted within 24 hours.
- Processing time: 3–5 working days.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanges
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Your money will be sent to your e-wallet (InstaPay / Cash Wallet) within up to 7-10 working days
Important Notes - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customer covers any additional shipping costs.
- Each order is eligible for one action only (refund or exchange).

- Courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the order.
