Exchange & Refund Policy

• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Exchanges take 3–5 working days. Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged.

• Approved refunds are sent via InstaPay or Cash Wallet within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Each order is eligible for one action only: refund or exchange.

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds — exchange only.
