Refund & Exchange Policy 

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Your money will be sent to your e-wallet (InstaPay / Cash Wallet) within up to 7 working days

 



Sparx Exchange Policy

 

  • Exchange requests accepted within 24 hours.
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanges
  • NOTE THE SALE PERIOD NOT ALLOW RETURN 

 

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer covers any additional shipping costs.
  • Each order is eligible for one action only (refund or exchange).


Sparx Shipping

  • Delivery takes 2–5 working days.
  • Courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the order.
  • Track your order via the Whatsapp tracking link sent after checkout.
